Welcome to the DGTL DigiCard Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Enrollment
To join the program, you must complete the affiliate registration form accurately. DGTL DigiCard reserves the right to review and approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Commission and Payout
Affiliates will earn a variable commission per successful Premium Plan sale generated through their unique referral link. Commission rates will be communicated individually or as part of promotional campaigns. Commissions are tracked and paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of ₹1000. Payouts will be made via [Preferred Payment Method].
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates may promote DGTL DigiCard using ethical marketing methods. Spamming, misleading claims, or false advertising is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the program. Affiliates must not engage in paid ads using DGTL DigiCard brand keywords.
Termination
DGTL DigiCard reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms. Affiliates can voluntarily withdraw from the program by notifying DGTL DigiCard in writing.
Changes to Terms
DGTL DigiCard may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Faridabad. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
